A message from our President
Snow Canyon Retirement Community began with the idea of creating a luxury older adult community in the St. George area with services and amenities that you would enjoy on vacation at a posh resort. We wanted to develop something totally different and exciting for the Entrada area.
When I first walked the lava field where we are now developing our Snow Canyon Retirement Community, I knew we had found the place! It was exciting to imagine the retirement community that we could develop here where older adults can thrive and enjoy their lives surrounded by the exquisite beauty.
After walking this amazing and beautiful site, it became abundantly clear that building in the lava and basalt was going to be challenging. Yet even with the challenges ahead of us, we knew we had to complete this project.
As we started the planning and design process, the community’s interest and support for Gold Stream to provide a luxury, full-service age in place retirement community became very clear. Through studies and local interest, it was evident the demand for this type of development, and we felt a calling to meet the need.

And you can do so in a beautiful, natural setting with high-end accommodations and amenities.
