"I had my first exposure to senior care when I was eight years old. I went to a small nursing home to see my great-grandmother. I quickly started visiting patients who looked sad and lost. I held their hands, wiped food from their mouths, and helped them eat. Not knowing where I was, my mom worried I was lost, but I had never felt more at home. Although I enjoyed my visit that day, I noticed the poor quality, lack of happiness among the people, and overall unacceptable quality. I knew that I was going to change that someday. Senior living is simply part of who I am. Building successful retirement communities for team members, residents, their loved ones, and investors motivates me."

Colton is currently the Executive Director at Snow Canyon Retirement, with an appetite to ensure strong business development that leads to overall success. Colton has a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to manage complex projects, solve various problems, and create a strong team culture. He demonstrates leadership and expertise in the healthcare industry through fifteen years of experience, seven as an Executive Director. Colton thrives when working collaboratively with internal team members and prospective clients to understand needs, build relationships, uncover business opportunities, and create organizational loyalty.

Colton is a proud Weber State University graduate with a degree in Health Care Administration. With a love for community involvement, Colton has served on several boards, including the Utah Assisted Living Association and the Washington Area Chamber of Commerce.

Above all else, Colton is a proud father to four young kids (Ruby, 7, Ezra, 5, Theo, 2, and Milo, 2), husband, dog dad, visionary, innovator, history, and true crime enthusiast blessed with quick wit.
