May Newsletter: Welcome to Retirement Elevated in Southern Utah

May is here with sunny skies, warmer weather, and our new Sales Office located in our Veyo Ridge Villa, pictured above and featuring our Valet Vehicle courtesy of our community partner Mercedes Benz of St. George!

It has been wonderful welcoming back familiar faces and meeting new friends in our updated space. If you have not come by recently to see us, please call our Sales Director to schedule a visit!

Our team at Snow Canyon Retirement Community is continuing to build and foster local partnerships. When you visit us next, make sure to pick up a complimentary popcorn treat, made locally at Digby’s Market! We have had so much fun tasting all of the different flavors and will be rotating them weekly (who would have thought Dill Pickle could taste so good!).

Our luxury saltwater pool and spa are nearly complete, and design has begun with Synlawn on our 18-hole championship putting course which will be tucked into the main lodge.

Our fully furnished models will be coming early June, allowing us to continue progress on the community grounds and ensure accessibility for everyone.

We welcomed our Building Services Director, Zach Powell, to the team this past month. Zach is working hard with the construction team right now learning our community inside and out. We are thrilled that he has the opportunity to be ready to hit the ground running on day one of opening our doors to you.

We are another month closer to opening and we cannot wait to share Retirement Elevated with you!

We have officially moved our Sales Office into our Veyo Ridge Villa floorplan. Snow Canyon Retirement Community spared no expenses in creating this picturesque environment for our future residents to enjoy while learning about what we have to offer.

Did you receive our inaugural Direct Mail Postcard? We could not wait to share what Snow Canyon Retirement Community is bringing to Southern Utah!

St. George News: Black Desert Resort prioritizes conservation, plans to build nature center

As a prospective resident to the newest and most Elevated Retirement Community in Southern Utah, Snow Canyon Retirement Community, we are thrilled to share some excitement about our neighbor, Black Desert Resort adjacent to the west side of our property is launching some impressive conservation efforts and public amenities we wish to share including; Application for Platinum Certified Sanctuary, permission to put endangered species of fish in their lakes, access to seven miles of public trails, a dedicated public Visitor Center, twenty pickleball courts, and more.
